SINTARA WHISKEY SOUR

Sinatra Whiskey Sour

INGREDIENTS

60ml 23rd Street Distillery Hybrid Whisk(e)y
30ml fresh lemon juice
15ml Cawsey’s Sugar Syrup
15ml egg white

METHOD

To a cocktail shaker, add whisky, fresh lemon juice, Cawsey’s Sugar Syrup and egg white, and dry-shake. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a glass with ice and garnish with the cherry.
