Violet Gin Sour

INGREDIENTS

60ml 23rd St Distillery Violet Gin
30ml fresh lemon juice
15ml Cawsey’s Sugar Syrup
15ml egg whites/aquafaba

METHOD

To a cocktail shaker, add gin, fresh lemon juice, Cawsey’s Sugar Syrup and egg whites, and dry-shake. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a glass and garnish with edible blooms
